Parts of Shenzhen will see heavy rain and rainstorm tomorrow along with strong winds due to cold air, said Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory.

The period of heavy rain is expected to be from tomorrow morning to late afternoon. The city will be increasingly cloudy today.

Also, this year’s second typhoon named Surigae formed around the Western Pacific yesterday morning.

However, the observatory said that the possibility of the typhoon approaching the South China Sea is unlikely. The typhoon will not affect the city.

Meanwhile, the city has entered a stage with severe convective weather. Residents are advised to pay attention to weather changes and reduce outdoor activities when severe convective weather shows up.
