Children take a class teaching how to play the ukulele at Shenzhen Library yesterday afternoon. A series of free activities will be held at Shenzhen Library during the summer vacation to enrich the lives of young readers. The charity event, which is in its 5th year, is popular with young readers and their parents. Besides courses on the ukulele, calligraphy, singing and first-aid knowledge, two courses will be added this year to teach children how to solve a Rubik’s Cube and the best reading methods, bringing the total number of free courses to eight.
